Domestic orders may be returned to our guideshop or online — anytime, for any reason. Online customer returns can be refunded to your card or for store credit.
All international orders, sale items, as well as personalised or made-to-order products, are final sale and are not eligible for return. Your items must be unused, unwashed and the labels as well as packaging intact.
All domestic gift returns receive store credit.
Exchange or Store Credit
Full Refund. If the domestic return is received within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 7 days but before 30 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.
Return & Exchange Assistance
To initiate a domestic online return or exchange, please contact the team by calling +9122 62375037 or +91 9819811293 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. They will arrange a courier pickup for your items within 14 calendar days.
We will initiate an exchange or refund once we receive your return package and have checked that the products and packaging are intact.
